We usually used Sunflower oil as a necessity for healthy cooking. But did you know that the benefits of this wonderful oil has so much more to give and may in fact give cure to some skin diseases, hair loss problem, and achieve great skin?

The Basics:

This miracle oil is rich in Vitamin E and Omega 3, which acts as our antioxidant in our body and prevents heart disease. Thanks to its calming and moisturizing properties, it is found to be effective against skin diseases and prevents and protect skin cells while maintaining our healthier natural glow.

Also, It is believed that the other nutrients found in sunflower oil (such as Vitamin A,B,C , Iron, Potassium and Calcium) can actually benefit in hair health and prevent hair loss.

– Removes eye makeup and helps lighten dark lips
– Used as Overall body moisturizer

Personal Use:
Instead of using my regular eye cream, I tried switching it with sunflower oil and use it as my moisturizer by applying sunflower oil under my eye and to my pimple marks. After using it for a month, I observed some great changes and it’s lighter compared before. I’m happy with the results and I added this miracle oil to my daily beauty routine  and used it before bedtime.
